He holds advisory positions in some MFIs and is also in the boards of some Micro Finance Institutions. His specialized inputs are helpful in preparing financial statements to internationally acceptable standards.
Mr. T. Balasubramanian is a practicing Company Secretary with more than 15 years of corporate experience to his credit. He has specialized in due diligence of Corporate entities and is an expert in restructuring businesses. He has been instrumental in ensuring effective governance and statutory compliances in all the companies and organizations that he is associated with.
Mr. Ram Sowmithiri is an MBA, with a rich experience in the Micro Finance and Development sector. He was the Managing Director of Sarvodaya Nano Finance Limited, a 100% community owned NBFC, which achieved a Composite Global Rank of # 7 in 2007-08. He was also a member of the Governing Board of Sa-Dhan and Head of the Standards Group.
